Well it is that time of year to pull out the rake and clean up the yard. Unfortunately many people ‘pull’ more then just the rake out – pulling muscles and injuring their back! Luckily the Ontario Chiropractic Association has a brochure entitled ‘Plant and Rake without the Ache‘.
